​The Butterfly Experience (TBE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring individuals through career coaching and mentoring at all ages.

Our focus is to support our community by providing resources and education that will help our Butterflies reach their career goals and objectives.​ The mission is to provide individuals with the resources and digital literacy they need to launch their next career move. We offer our Butterflies a unique experience that combines education, style, and confidence.

Our program includes access to technology, digital navigation,  resume writing, interview prep, credit-building and mental health workshops. On the day of the interview, TBE provides our fliers with a complete makeover, outfit, and transportation. This experience is like no other! Join us on our journey to giving our fliers a better life.
